Make a Difference: Residential Support Worker Needed in Peterborough!

Brook Street Social Care is seeking passionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team at a secure, all-female children's home in Glinton, Peterborough.

Do you have a heart for helping young people?
We are looking for individuals with a proven track record of supporting young people, whether in:

• Education: Schools, youth groups, or similar settings.
• Residential Settings: Children's homes, care facilities, or similar.
• Family Centres: Working with families and children in need.
• Voluntary Experience: Sports teams, youth clubs, holiday schemes, etc.
• Adult Settings: Prison sector, mental health, or learning disabilities settings (with transferable skills and some experience with vulnerable youth).

What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: £26,210.72 to £29,801.64 (inclusive of shift allowance)
