Brook Street Social Care are recruiting for Residential Support Workers within the Peterborough area

Contract Type:
Permanent

Working Hours:
On average 37 hours per week including a varied shift pattern of earlies, lates and sleep ins.

Employment Location: Glinton, Peterborough

Salary:
£26,210.72 to £29,801.64 (inclusive of shift allowance)

We are working with a secure, welfare only, all-female children's home based in Glinton, Peterborough. The young people we are working with are given individualised support based on their complex needs.

As part of our team, you will provide care and support while being a role model and advocate for our young people.

We are looking for people who boast the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience supporting young people - this could be in education, residential settings, family centres in a paid capacity

OR

• Voluntary experience with young people - this could be through sports, education, youth and holiday club settings for example.

OR

• Experience within an adults setting (e.g the prison sector, mental health, learning disabilities settings) where you have transferable knowledge and skills and also have some experience in the support of vulnerable young people.
