Job Description
Job Title: Full-Time Residential Support Worker
Contract Type:
Permanent
Working Hours:
Full time (37 hours per week)
Salary:
£26,210.72 to £29,801.64 (inclusive of shift allowance)
Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised care and support to young residents.
- Serve as a role model and advocate for the young people.
- Work proactively within a professional care team.
Requirements:
- Empathy and a passion for helping young people.
- Ability to build positive relationships.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work alternate weekends and bank holidays.
- Ability to participate in physical activities.
- Must be over the age of 21.
- Prior knowledge of child protection issues and understanding of the development needs of children and young people is desirable but not essential.
Shift Patterns:
- 7:30 - 16:30 and 13:00 - 22:00 with alternate weekends off.
- Willingness to do overnight stays (sleep-ins on a rota basis).
