Salary: £14 per hour plus sleep-ins

We are currently looking for Residential Support Workers to join a new residential home in Bridgwater and existing services in Somerset. This is a fantastic opportunity that offers flexibility, allowing you to work hours that suit you.

In this role, you will work with young people who have come from traumatic background and may display challenging behaviour. We are seeking individuals who are adaptable, resilient, and committed to delivering exceptional care. You will be helping young people overcome challenges and reach their full potential, and in return, you'll gain the satisfaction of making a real difference in their lives.

Applicants must have:

• Full driving license
• Previous experience of working with challenging young people
• Ability to work independently and maintain clear, accurate records
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive team player attitude
