This is a secure environment that support the individual needs of the children in their care. Providing placements for boys and girls aged between 10 and 17 and provide full residential care, educational facilities and healthcare provision,

Pay and Benefits
Basic Pay - £24,496 - £26,845 (Average earning including Secure Allowance £30,379 - £32,946)
Hours - Average 37 hours per week. A mixture of early and late shifts.
Contract - Permanent
Responsibilities of the role
Help to create a safe, stimulating and caring environment for young people.
Build trusting relationships, understanding young people's needs and interests.
Provide primary care that is responsive to individual needs.
Manage behaviour and develop strategies for longer term progress.
Plan and organise activities to enhance young people's experiences day to day and for special occasions.
