Vacancy: Respite Manager

About Our Client:
Our client operates a short stay service catering to adults dealing with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, autism, and challenging behaviours. Their goal is to provide a nurturing environment where individuals receive the support they need.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Respite Manager to oversee the short stay service. The ideal candidate will have significant supervisory experience in social care, adeptness in managing a team, and proficiency in liaising with external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable supervisory experience in the social care sector.
• Proven track record of managing staff teams effectively.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with external stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting thorough staff inductions.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Salary Range: £28,590 - £32,650 per annum
