Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Confidently and competently answer inbound calls from prospective students
- Make outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling)
- Provide advice and help guide students on to the most suitable course(s) for them
- Close sales/fulfil enrolments for the company
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Ideally have 2+ years of experience in a sales/telesales related environment
- Skilled at quickly building a genuine rapport and demonstrating enduring empathy over the telephone
- Will take great pride in their work and consistently demonstrate a high level of achievement and ability to hit targets
- Will be highly self-motivated and able to work as part of a team and able to work independently with a minimum of supervision when needed
- Be assertive and have good persuasive skills
- Be warm and friendly with a pleasant phone manner
SALARY AND WORKING HOURS
Full Time, Permanent
Shifts are 9am - 5pm and 11am - 7pm with 1 in 5 Saturdays. Remote working at weekends only.
Salary: £22,000 Plus uncapped commission (OTE £35k)
