  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and assertive under pressure

  • Confident in setting boundaries, managing challenging behaviour, and ensuring safety

  • Comfortable with basic IT systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams)

  • Committed to equality, safeguarding, and trauma-informed practice

  • Physically fit and able to participate in active engagement and intervention when needed

Desirable:

  • Experience working in residential or secure care environments

  • Understanding of youth risk factors including exploitation, self-harm, or gang involvement

  • Familiarity with digital case recording systems such as ClearCare

  • Experience mentoring others or leading by example during challenging situations

Why Join Us?
This is more than just a job - it's an opportunity to shape the future for young people who need stability, care, and someone to believe in them. You'll be supported with training, reflective practice, and a team that shares your drive to make a difference.
