Senior Care Assistant - Chippenham, Wiltshire Location: Chippenham, South West England Salary: £15.90 per hour Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week Shifts: Rotation of day and night shifts, alternate weekends required
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistant to support both residents and care staff in a 52-bed residential and dementia care setting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, fostering team development, and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:

  Support residents with daily living and personal care

  Lead and mentor care staff during shifts
