Location: Blackpool
Salary: £13.60-14.60 + Sleep-In Allowance
Contract: Temp to perm
Hours: 07.30-23.00/23.00 to 7am sleep /7am till 08.00 wake

We're looking for a compassionate, confident, and experienced Senior Residential Children's Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Blackpool
You'll play a vital role in supporting children and young people aged 6 years + who have experienced trauma, neglect, or adverse childhood experiences - helping them to heal, grow, and thrive in a safe, nurturing home.

💼 What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and mentoring a team of Residential Support Workers to deliver exceptional, child-centred care.

• Creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment that empowers young people to reach their full potential.

• Building strong, trusting relationships through empathy, consistency, and respect.

• Supporting care planning, key working, and promoting independence and resilience.

• Taking responsibility for shifts, recording, and ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and company policies.

🌈 What We're Looking For

• Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - or working towards it.

• Proven experience supporting young people in a residential or similar setting.

• A calm, resilient, and positive approach under pressure.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Team Teach experience is desirable

• A full UK driving licence is preferred.
