Job Type: Senior Support Worker

Type of Service: Children`s home

Location: Bridgend

Salary: £22,528 to £27,528 (with an additional £3,000 a year with Sleep-ins)

A fantastic opportunity has become available within an expanding company that have positions in their Children`s home in Bridgend.

As Senior Support worker, you will act as a role model, leading and motivating the staff team and supporting the manager to deliver the highest standards of care for the children and young people at all times.

You will work on rota basis including days, waking nights and sleep-ins. If you have the QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care for Children and Young People services, and experience working within a similar setting, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
