Service Manager-Supported Living Facility

Location: Trowbridge
Salary: £28.000/annual
Full-time, Permanent role
Brook Street Social Care is supporting a client on finding their new Service Manager to join a great team in their Supported Living Facility in Trowbridge. The service users are lovely individuals with mainly moderate and severe learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
About the role:
- Follow and promote company and compliance standards
- Support the manager on front line and back office duties
- Support team members on their development journey
- Monitor and supervise the provided service and communicate effectively with external parties
- Work in accordance with Company values, policies and procedures, legislation and national minimum standards
About you:
- Previous experience as Senior SW/Team Leader is essential
- Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards it
- Previous managerial experience
- Experience in supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism
