Job Description

I am seeking a person centred, professional service manager to join a highly respected charity who provide varied support for people with a mental health diagnosis.

Focusing on mental health recovery, you will be responsible for overseeing services across Warwickshire. You will also need to be flexible to attend regional and head office meetings and oversee the York services, with site visits approximately two to three times a month.

You will lead your team to provide a service which is person centred, and delivers in line with company requirements. You will promote an environment which is safe, positive and welcoming.

The type of support you will oversee includes, advice and guidance, crisis support, counselling, advocacy, employment and mental health and well-being support.

Safeguarding, report writing, training and development, staff supervision and liaising with external providers are all a crucial part of your service manager role.


This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is highly skilled and experienced within the field of mental health recovery and who is seeking to work for a recognised charitable provider.

A formal care management qualification, significant experience within the mental health field, as well as a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle are all essential for this role.

Strong computer literacy and flexibility to travel to multiple sites, and some flexibility to occasionally change your hours, depending on the needs of the service are required to be successfully considered for this service manager role.

This role is offering a competitive salary of £29500 per annum, generous annual leave allowance and other exciting benefits including paid travel where applicable.
