We seek a Service Manager to lead our team in providing support across B&NES and Wiltshire. You'll manage staff, build partnerships, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the team
• Deliver person-centred support
• Build strong external relationships
• Ensure service quality and compliance

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about supporting vulnerable communities
• Management experience in social care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must hold Full UK Driving Licence
