Job Description
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities and Autism? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to join our forward-thinking, person-centred team!
Role Overview:
" Position: Service Manager - Supported Living
" Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire 
" Salary: c. £30,000
" Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, including shared on-call responsibilities)
Responsibilities: 
o Lead day-to-day management of supported living services
o Ensure high-quality support for independence, community activities, and work opportunities
o Collaborate with external agencies and visitors
o Manage rota, care plans, and compliance
o Participate in safeguarding management
Requirements: 
o Proven supervisory experience in learning disabilities services
o Excellent communication skills
o Understanding of positive behaviour support
o Level 3 qualification in health and social care (or equivalent)
o UK driving license and access to own vehicle
