About the Role:

• Support people in their own homes across Semington, Trowbridge, Westbury & Lavington.
• Lead & motivate a team to deliver excellent care support.

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Have experience supporting adults with learning disabilities & autism.
• Can lead, supervise & motivate a team. (Level 3 NVQ/QCF is a plus!)
• Are kind, friendly, & a great communicator.
• Full UK driving licence
