Job Description

BS Social Care specialise in providing both temporary and permanent support practitioners into a range of services that provide care for adults and elderlies.

At present, we are seeking professionals who have experience working with adults. We have part time, roles available, and are seeking robust practitioners who are looking for adhoc shifts. Our services work directly with vulnerable adults, and as such, we are seeking professionals who have a range of skills, and experience in such environments. The ideal candidate would need to have a driver`s licence and a minimum of 6 months experience working within an adult setting.


The key duties of these roles would include:
- Providing high quality care for adults within CQC regulated environment
- Full understanding of Safeguarding & adult Protection policy
- Following care plans effectively
- Working in line with the support plans in place, to ensure clients needs are being met
- Understanding of CQC regulations
- Strong observation skills, and written skills required to produce clear and informative reports
- Ability to work as part of a team, ensuring information is shared effectively, in line with GDPR policies
- Managing behaviours that challenge
- We are seeking candidates who are able to work flexibly, around rota patterns, and who can commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week


The work will be based in Newhaven, and the service works on a rota pattern. We are hoping to source candidates who can cover a minimum of 20 to 37 hours per week to ensure we are offering our clients consistency with care and support

Hourly rate will vary on the needs of the client. Rate of pay will range between £10.42 to £13 per hour dependent on the role, client and hours.
