Support Worker

Up to £11.03PH

BS Social Care are working with a well-known specialist organisation in the Bridgend area. We are looking for experienced, eager people with great experience in the care sector to join us and help support the needs of individuals. You will be providing care and support to vulnerable adults with various needs.

Being a driver with access to your own vehicle is essential for this role!

We will endeavour to find you work when you are free. Flexible hours Monday - Sunday days and nights to fit around your other commitments such aa another job or education.

To be successful for this role you will need to have fantastic communication, organisational and interpersonal skills as well as initiative to help the amazing teams of staff in the services we support.

What we'll need from you:

  • Driving Licence.
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Ability to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the residents.
  • An understanding of challenging behaviour is preferred.
  • Must have an approachable, proactive and friendly attitude towards work.
  • A DBS registered on the Update Service would be a great advantage.
