Role: Support Worker
Pay Rate: £12 per hour
Location: Bristol

About the Role:
Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of others? We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Bristol. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Detailing support plans to address the needs of service users and facilitate their progress.
• Providing emotional support to service users.
• Monitoring CCTV and taking calls from internal and external customers or agencies.
• Ensuring the service environment is kept tidy and clean.
• Taking detailed notes in the event of any incidents.
• Cleaning communal areas to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 6 months of experience in a similar service or setting.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Ability to work waking nights.
• Strong use of initiative.
• Enhanced DBS required (preferably registered on the update service).
