Temporary on-going with a possibility of going permanent

Brook Street Social Care are recruiting an experienced Support Worker to help support one of our client's residents on a 2:1 basis.

This is a temporary on-going position with a view to go permanent, the shift patterns available are full time and part time and days and nights including sleeps.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality care for vulnerable adults with severe complex needs
• Be kind, caring, empathetic and energetic
• Help individuals feel connected to their community and safe in their homes
• Support with cooking, budgeting, personal care and health care
• Participate in drives, walks, seaside visits, music, arts and crafts, swimming and more

Requirements:

• Experience in social care
• Have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on others lives
• Be dependable and consistent, providing steady support while maintaining clear and respectful boundaries
