Job Title: Support Worker

Job Type: Part-time, Temp to Perm

" Shift Work, 24 Hour Service
" 28 Days Annual Leave

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Location: Birmingham

Key Responsibilities:

" Provide emotional, practical, and administrative support to residents.
" Assist with housing searches, applications, and tenancy management.
" Ensure resident safety and security, following hostel policies.
" Conduct risk assessments and implement safety plans.

Essential Criteria:

" Enhanced DBS clearance
" NVQ Level 2 in Childcare (Desirable)
" Experience in housing or homelessness support
" Knowledge of local support services
