Support Worker
Ulverston - LA12
£12 per hour
Temporary on-going
Brook Street Social Care are now recruiting a dedicated support worker to work with our client in LA12 specialising in adults with complex needs.
Reponsibilities:
- Work with individuals to support the development and delivery of 'client led' recovery and safety planning
- Help others to regain sustainable control over their challenges and maximise independence
- Give people access to a full range of services, again, we'll rely on your expertise
- Support individuals through their recovery journey, providing innovative recovery and crisis service interventions
Requirements:
- A good understanding of mental health issues
- Really enjoy supporting others to achieve independence and lead their own recovery
- Have a caring and compassionate nature
- Empathy and enthusiasm for helping others

For all assignments completed with the North West Temporary Team, you are guaranteed a minimum hourly wage of £12. Additionally, if you work an average of 30 hours per week or more, you are eligible for bonus payments that increase your minimum hourly rate to £13 (terms and conditions apply).
