Brook Street Social Care are recruiting a dedicated Support Worker to support our client's 6-bed supported living service in Penrith.

Duties

• Available for waking nights 22:00 - 06:00
• Medication administration
• Mental health support
• Managing phone calls with the crisis team
• Relationship building
• Report writing
