Complex Needs Support Worker
Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Mobility issues
Bradford
Must have a driving licence and 1 years experience in the UK
£10.90 per hour

This service is a former care home converted in to 8 individual modern supported living flats personalised to each person we support with spacious outdoor grounds. The people we support have complex health and behavioural support requirements and so need their staff to be experienced, committed and driven to ensure that they are supported to live life to the fullest.
About you
We are looking for individuals with complex needs experience whether it be personally with a family member or professionally. Ideally you will have a level 2 health and Social Care qualification. Compassion and integrity to treat people with dignity and respect is essential, as is the resilience to work with challenges you may face. Care Certificate training is also beneficial however not critical as you would be supported through this qualification. A driving Licence is essential for this position.
Your Role
The job is all about giving people encouragement, guidance and support so they can live as independently as possible and have the freedom to make their own choices. Whilst the provision of intimate personal care is essential to this position, the role is all about building a one on one relationship with the person you support and finding out what they love to do and making it happen for them.
