Brook Street Social Care is offering a new rewarding role as a Support Worker in a Residential Care Home in Bristol.

You will be providing friendly, compassionate, person-centred, professional, and inspirational support to service users in a Residential Care Home.
The aim is to support our clients to continue developing their key skills, being independent and active in making decisions while living in our home.

About the role:

• You will ensure the delivery of high-quality care in line with both company and CQC guidelines.
• To be actively engaged with service users and staff, continuously seeking opportunities for improvements to service user`s lifestyles.
• 2 Sleep in a week (£46 extra per night)

About the right candidate:

• You have the knowledge and understanding of the current legal responsibilities and standards of the service, including the need for the management and delivery of person-centred service
• Excellent communication skills
• You have professional attitude
• You are motivated and compassionate about supporting individuals
• You are reliable and empathetic.
