• Build trust, encourage independence, and empower positive change.

• Work alongside local agencies and community partners to make a lasting impact.

• Empathetic, patient, and a great listener.

• Confident supporting vulnerable people with complex needs.

• Organised and calm under pressure.

• Experience in support work, social care, or housing is ideal - but your compassion and commitment matter most.
