Looking for support workers to join our team in Weston-super-Mare, providing care to young people.

I`m really proud to be recruiting for this service who offer vital support work to young people leaving care in Weston Super Mare. The team work very hard to make sure that the young people are equipped with the life skills needed to lead successful and independent lives.

We are looking for confident, support workers to join the team on a temporary basis starting in August 2024. You will be committed on making a positive impact in young peoples lives. Consistency is very important and so ideally you will be happy to work a regular schedule on a temporary basis.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience in youth support or similar role, and will be approachable and friendly but also able to provide positive guidance to the young person as required. A level 3 NVQ/Diploma in children and young people is also essential.

The pay rate is £12ph.

But if you can't work nights we also offer long days and sleep ins, sleep in shifts are also paid per hour!
