🌟 Support Worker - Adults in Supported Living (Swansea - Multiple Locations Available) 🌟
Location: Swansea (Multiple Locations Available)
Hours: Agency Work (Flexible shifts available)
Salary: £12.21 - £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Temporary
Are you an experienced Support Worker with a passion for helping adults live independently? Do you thrive in supported living environments and want to make a meaningful impact in your community?
We are currently recruiting skilled and compassionate Support Workers to join our team across multiple supported living settings in Swansea. You'll be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs-empowering them to lead fulfilling, independent lives.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months' experience working in supported living
DBS on the Update Service (essential)
Registered with Social Care Wales (essential)
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly desirable
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins (if required)
Your Role Will Involve:
Promoting independence and supporting daily living skills
Providing personal care and medication support where required
Assisting with community access, appointments, and meaningful activities
Building strong, positive relationships and empowering individuals to thrive
Maintaining accurate and professional records and safeguarding best practices
