Vacancy: Supported Living Manager
Location:Bangor, Gwynedd

Are you an experienced social care professional seeking a rewarding leadership role? We are currently seeking a Supported Living Manager to join our compassionate client in Bangor.

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in social care
• Proven track record of providing support to vulnerable adults
• Ability to effectively manage a staff team
• Possession of a valid driving license and access to own vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a supported living facility for adults with learning disabilities, mental health, autism and behaviours that challenge
• Provide guidance and support to staff members
• Ensure the well-being and safety of residents
• Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders
• Uphold high standards of care and compliance with regulations
