Job Description
Vacancy: Supported Living Manager
Location: Bridgend
Are you an experienced social care professional seeking a rewarding leadership role? We are currently seeking a Supported Living Manager to join our compassionate client in Bridgend.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in social care
- Proven track record of providing support to vulnerable adults
- Ability to effectively manage a staff team
- Possession of a valid driving license and access to own vehicle
- Level 5 in health and social care Leadership and management
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a supported living facility for adults with learning disabilities, mental health, autism and behaviours that challenge
- Provide guidance and support to staff members
- Ensure the well-being and safety of residents
- Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders
- Uphold high standards of care and compliance with regulations
