Are you a passionate and experienced Supported Living Manager with a heart for making a difference? If so, we want to heat from you!

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of supported living experience.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• 2 years of experience with individuals who challenge.
• Minimum Level 2 in Health and Social Care (willingness to complete Level 5).
• Full UK driver's license.

Position: Supported Living Manager
Location: Pembrokeshire
Salary: £28,886 - £30,654
