Role: Team Leader Level 3
Location: Burton - On - Trent
Pay: £27,000
Contract: Perm

About the Role:

Provide direct support to our residents, helping them achieve their goals and ambitions.
Build strong relationships with young people and encourage their participation in home activities.
Offer supervision, advice, and guidance to other staff members.
Work collaboratively with external agencies like Local Authorities and Health/Social Care professionals.
Conduct formal key work sessions and produce reports.
Ensure the effective safeguarding of all residents.
Support young people with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and appointments.

Requirements
Experience working in a children and young adult residential environment.
Understanding of relevant legislation for childcare.
Experience working with young people facing social, emotional, or behavioural difficulties.
Full driving license and own transport
Ability to work at least 3 shifts per week, including sleep-ins.
Enhanced DBS Certificate
Level 3, 4 or 5 Residential Childcare Qualification


What we offer:
Competitive salary starting at £14.00 per hour.
Shift patterns of 1 day on, 2 days off, with 10-11 shifts per month.
£60 per night for sleep-ins and £35 per night for on-call cover.
