(with good attendance allowance and 3 sleeps per month)

Committed and enthusiastic Team Leader needed to lead a team supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. The Team Leader will ensure the young people have a stable and secure home environment where they can thrive.
You as the Team Leader will be joining one of the UK`s leading provider of specialist education and care, creating best possible outcomes for young people.

You will make sure the team and young people feel happy, safe and motivated, operating to the highest standard whilst deputising for the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager when required.

You will have
- experience working in residential childcare (2 years)
- hold level 3 Diploma in residential childcare
- full UK driving licence
