There is a great opportunity that has opened up in a beautiful residential home in the Coventry area. This role favours an individual who is committed to a long term position and can work as part of a team, provide support to the elderly, promote their independence and ensure dignity and respect is kept at all times.

You will collaborate with various Healthcare Practitioners to ensure medication is administered to service users in line with the 5 Rights. You will have a friendly and caring approach to understand the needs of each service user, whilst adhering to care plans and communicating effectively to create a pleasant and enjoyable environment.

You will have practical medication training (With a medication certificate) from a minimum of 12 months' experience as a Senior Carer. You will also have experience administering medication in a Care Home setting. You will be required to apply for an enhanced DBS or be registered with the DBS update service.
