Based in Chesterfield and working within the community, you will:

" A proven track record of working with vulnerable adults, particularly those at risk of homelessness.
" Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
" A compassionate and empathetic approach.
" A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle - ESSENTIAL
" An up-to-date DBS check.
