Make a Difference: Tenancy Support Worker - Chesterfield

Are you passionate about helping vulnerable individuals achieve stability and independence?
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Tenancy Support Worker to join a leading organisation committed to providing vital support to those at risk of homelessness.

Based in Chesterfield and working within the community, you will:
" Provide practical and emotional support to individuals struggling with their tenancy.
" Help service users access benefits and essential resources.
" Advocate for their needs and empower them to build a brighter future.
" Collaborate with referral teams and agencies to ensure comprehensive support.

" A proven track record of working with vulnerable adults, particularly those at risk of homelessness.
" Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
" A compassionate and empathetic approach.
" A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle - ESSENTIAL
" An up-to-date DBS check.
