Part-Time: 21 hours per week
Salary: £28,176 - £31,101 pro-rata

What You'll Do

• Be a nighttime guardian, creating a calm, nurturing environment for vulnerable children.

• Support young people through challenging emotions and behaviours with empathy and consistency.

• Promote a sense of safety and stability while offering practical and emotional support.

• Work as part of a passionate team to give children the foundation to heal, grow, and thrive.

Who You Are

• Naturally compassionate, patient, and resilient.

• A great communicator, calm under pressure, and always ready to be a role model.

• Willing to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Experienced with children or young people, or have transferable skills from care, education, or support roles.
