Your Role:
As the Women's Refuge Service Manager, you will oversee multiple women's refuges across Cardiff, playing a pivotal role in transforming lives.
What We're Looking For:

• Leadership and Management Skills: Guide and inspire your team.
• Process Planning and Development: Drive positive change.
• Domestic Abuse Knowledge: Empathise with survivors.
• Child Protection Understanding: Ensure a safe environment.
• 2+ Years of Management Experience: Lead with confidence.
• Refuge or Hostel Management Experience: Familiarity with the field.
• Vulnerable Population Experience: Show empathy and compassion.
• Case Load Management: Organise with precision.
• Safelives IDVA Certificate or Relevant Degree: Credentials matter.
• Must be a Driver with Own Transport: Ensuring accessibility.
