Young Persons Project Manager

£27,843 per annum

35 hours a week

Brook Street Social Care are recruiting for a well reputable homelessness charity in the Merthyr area. As a Project Manager, you'll oversee teams delivering crucial support to young people and vulnerable adults. Duties:

Engage in regular support sessions with the Contract & Quality Assurance Manager and team reflective sessions with the Clinical Psychologist.

Attend team and management meetings as required.

Ensure adherence to all policies.

Fulfil any additional duties as requested by senior management.

Conduct routine Health & Safety checks as necessary.

Ensure staff deliver quality housing management services in accordance with policies and legislation.
