Newport and Torfaen (Cwmbran, Pontypool and Blaenavon)
£24,700 - £26,700per annum

Brook Street are excited to be hiring for a Youth Tutor Engagement Officer to establish relationships with a variety of organisations to attract to new learners to the JGW+ program for our client who is a Platinum Award Winner in "Investing in People."

The successful candidate will have:
? Experience working with young people
? Experience with post 16 Education or Youth based Organisations
? Strong relevant local network
? Knowledge of relevant local organisations relating to NEET agenda
? Full driving licence and own vehicle

About the role:

As Youth Engagement Officer you will identify, engage and recruit new learner to the JGW+ programme using a variety of sales, business development and marketing techniques to attract new learners including business generation; sales calls, external networking events, digital activities and working within the community.

You will liaise with 3rd party organisations, partnership companies, charities, voluntary and educational networks to build an effective relationship with local schools and community based venues to attract new learners and establish and maintain excellent working relationship with all stakeholders, ensuring the best image is always promoted.

You'll also be arranging and attending promotional events to attract new learners and to raise the profile of the organisation as required
