Position: Youth Homelessness Support Worker
 Location: Street, Somerset
 Salary: Β£25,291 per annum
 Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

What you'll do:
 As a Housing Support Worker, you'll:
 βοΈ Provide tailored support to help young people meet their housing, financial, and social needs.
 βοΈ Teach essential life skills, from managing rent and budgets to maintaining health and well-being.
 βοΈ Encourage community involvement and assist with access to education, training, or employment.
 βοΈ Safeguard young people, ensuring their safety while promoting positive outcomes.
