Help a Child Heal. Help a Child Grow. Help a Child Believe Again.

Imagine being the person who helps a child feel safe, sometimes for the first time.
At our Outstanding-rated secure residential home, you'll be part of a dedicated team helping young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs begin to trust, grow, and thrive.

This isn't just a job - it's a calling. Every day, you'll bring compassion, structure, and patience to children who've experienced trauma, and help them rediscover what safety, care, and love feel like.

What You'll Do:

  • Be a trusted adult and therapeutic role model to children aged 10-17

  • Build deep, meaningful relationships that foster security and growth

  • Create joyful, structured routines filled with fun, learning, and healing

  • Work alongside onsite professionals in education and mental health

  • Provide a consistent, calm presence through life's ups and downs

  • Work shifts (including sleep-ins and alternate weekends) as part of a close-knit team

  • Receive top-tier training, mentoring, and personal development

What You'll Bring:

  • A genuine desire to help children overcome adversity

  • High levels of emotional resilience, empathy, and patience

  • The ability to stay calm and present, even in challenging moments

  • Previous experience is welcome (residential care, youth work, SEN, support work) -
    but your values matter most

Why This Role Could Be Your Perfect Fit:

  • Join a warm, supportive, and professional team where your wellbeing matters too

  • Receive a structured induction, ongoing training, and career progression

  • Work in a setting that's safe, therapeutic, and child-focused

  • Be part of a team that's not just meeting standards - but changing lives

  • Go home knowing: Today, you made a difference
