Support Worker - Full Time | No Experience Needed - Just Heart & Drive!

Location: Peterborough

Hours: 37 hours per week (Full Time)

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £26,210.72 - £29,801.64 (inclusive of shift allowance)

Bonus: £2,000 annual retention payment (subject to performance)

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing personalised care and emotional support to young residents

Being a positive role model and advocate

Working collaboratively with a professional care team to create a safe, nurturing environment

What We're Looking For:

A caring nature and a passion for helping young people

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Willingness to work alternate weekends and bank holidays

Ability to participate in physical activities

Must be aged 21 or over

Prior knowledge of child protection and youth development is a bonus - but not essential

Shift Patterns:

7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Alternate weekends off

Sleep-ins required on a rota basis
