Abergavenny | £30,200 - £32,175

Full-time | Mon-Fri with occasional weekend work

Brook Street Social Care are recruiting on behalf of a well-established residential service just outside Abergavenny, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Set in a peaceful, semi-rural location near the Black Mountains, this is your chance to make a real difference in a nurturing and rewarding environment.

What we will need from you:

• Level 4 Leadership in Health & Social Care (or Level 3 with commitment to complete Level 4)
• Experience in senior or management roles in care settings
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A values-driven mindset - integrity, kindness, and respect at the core of all you do

About the role:

• Lead and mentor a passionate care team
• Support with recruitment, rotas, training, and service development
• Take a hands-on approach to care delivery and service improvement
• Deputise for the Registered Manager and join the on-call rota
