Quality & Compliance Field Professional - £17,160 (24 hrs/week)

Multi-site role with services in Dudley, Walsall and Wolverhampton

Are you driven by high standards in care? We're seeking a Quality & Compliance Field Professional to champion best practice across supported living, residential, respite and day services in the Black Country area.

In this vital role, you'll:

• Conduct internal audits (CQC, medication, H&S, safeguarding)
• Lead on incident investigations and risk assessments
• Monitor compliance with MAR sheets, care plans, and training records
• Deputise for site managers and liaise with external professionals
• Promote a culture of safety, transparency, and continuous improvement

What you'll bring:

• Experience in learning disabilities, mental health or complex behaviour settings.
• Supervisory background and strong IT skills.
• A car and flexibility to travel across services.
• A respectful, adaptable, and compassionate approach.
