Senior Carer / Head of Care / Team Leader Location: Bournemouth, Dorset Salary: £13.05 to £14.05 per hour Benefits: Free parking, meals, training, and additional staff benefits

Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and experienced Senior Carers to join our team for both day and night shifts. Candidates must have a minimum of one year's experience in a similar role and hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

This hands-on role involves leading a small care team, setting a positive example, and supporting the administration of medication alongside Team Leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating staff and fostering strong teamwork to deliver high-quality physical, emotional, and social care to older people.

Skills & Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care

• Experience in medication administration

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good English and IT proficiency

• Knowledgeable in the care of older people

• Reliable and team-oriented

• Calm under pressure with a good sense of humour
