Youth Support Worker - Full Time | No Experience Needed
Location: Peterborough
Hours: 37 per week | Permanent
Salary: £26,210.72 - £29,801.64 (incl. shift allowance)
Bonus: £2,000 annual retention (performance-based)

What You'll Do:

• Support young people with personalised care and emotional guidance
• Be a positive role model and advocate
• Work with a dedicated care team to create a safe, nurturing environment

What You'll Need:

• A caring nature and desire to help young people
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work alternate weekends and bank holidays
• Must be 21+ and able to take part in physical activities
• Knowledge of child protection is a bonus, not a requirement

Shift Patterns:

• 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM / 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sleep-ins on rota | Alternate weekends off
